I represent individuals in family-based immigration matters such as marriage-based greencard and naturalization petitions before the U.S. Immigration Courts and the USCIS. I have successfully represented clients in humanitarian immigration matters, including asylum, withholding of removal, relief under the Convention Against Torture, VAWA, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS). I obtained asylum for Afghan nationals fleeing the Taliban, refugees of the ongoing war in Ukraine, unaccompanied adolescents fleeing abuse and gang violence in central America, victims of human trafficking, and women forced into child marriages.

As a first-generation immigrant and proud mother of three children, I recognize the incredible drive and bravery it takes to build a new life in the U.S.A.  My priority is to provide the highest standard of legal services to clients and successfully steer them through the intricate and ever-changing landscape of U.S. immigration and visa regulations. I take the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances in order to craft thorough and effective solutions to their immigration challenges.

A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and the University of Texas at Austin Honors Program, I was a judicial intern for the Hon. William Bassler at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

In addition to English, I speak Russian, French and Hebrew and have comprehension and reading proficiency in Spanish and Italian. I work pro bono with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and volunteer as a suicide prevention counselor for Crisis Text Line. One of my passions is art and art history and I obtained certification in art appraisal at New York University SCPS.
