Carolina and her entire team were excellent to work with throughout my immigration process. Everyone was professional, responsive, and very straightforward, which made the entire experience feel smooth and much less stressful.

I’m incredibly grateful for all of their guidance and support throughout the process and am so happy to have now received my green card! I had a great experience with the entire team and would absolutely recommend Carolina to anyone looking for an immigration attorney.

Hello, my name is Inelda Casique, and I want to tell you about a case I had with Attorney Carolina Curbelo. The Mexican Consulate recommended her to me, and I'm so happy with her work because she got my nephew released after he was detained by immigration. Three other lawyers told me they couldn't get him released and that he should sign his deportation order. She got him released in such a short time that the wait for the appointment with her was much shorter than the time she actually managed to get him released. If there were more than five stars, I would give her all of them. Thank you so much, Attorney Carolina. I highly recommend her. Trust her; if you call and she doesn't answer, leave your phone number, and they will call you back. Thank you again, Attorney Carolina.

I truly don't know where to begin. I am eternally grateful to attorney Carolina Teresa Curbelo and her entire team. My husband was detained by ICE on Friday, August 7th. This happened at 7:27 am. I received a message from my husband saying, "They caught me. Immigration caught me." He was on his way to work. At that moment, I was in shock. I had no idea what to do. I was stunned for a moment. I started looking for lawyers. People close to me recommended lawyers, but some didn't answer, and others, those who did, honestly, asked for a lot of money, which makes you think twice because there are so many scams going on right now. I was desperate, calling so many numbers, but I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere, and time was passing. I called the Mexican consulate to see if they could help me, and they gave me a list of lawyers, one of whom was a lawyer named Carolina. Then, a friend of my husband called me at 8:50 pm to give me Carolina's office number. He told me that another guy had told him that Carolina had gotten his cousin out quickly. Another woman also recommended her, and out of fear, I posted in a group asking if anyone else recommended her. They also told me she was very good. Based on that information, I decided to call the office at 8:52 pm on Friday. Obviously, the office was already closed, but I decided to leave a voicemail briefly explaining the reason for my call. At 9:44 pm, I received a call from Carolina T. Curbelo, who called me back, which I am so grateful for, as she was the only one who gave me hope. We moved quickly without asking for money at that moment, unlike most lawyers. The call lasted almost 30 minutes. I explained in detail, more or less, how the events unfolded. My husband hadn't yet appeared in the detention system, as that takes 24 to 48 hours, but when he called me for three minutes, he told me he was going to be transferred to the Delaney Hall detention center in Newark, NJ. So I gave the lawyer all that information. She asked me to be patient, that she was going to look into some things, and that her assistant, Santiago, would contact me on Saturday to tell me what to do next. The next day, her assistant did contact me, and that's when I decided she would represent my husband. The hours passed, and I still hadn't heard anything about my husband. The lawyer sent me a brief email saying she would do everything possible to get my husband upstairs that same Saturday night, which she did. My husband called me around 11:50 pm and told me he had been brought upstairs. He gave me his unit number and his A number, which I already had. I told my husband to be patient, that the lawyer was already working on it, and not to sign anything. The next day, Sunday, around 11:28 am, my husband was released, thank God and thanks to lawyer Carolina Teresa Curbelo. We will be eternally grateful to her and her team. She acted so quickly that many people don't believe this really happened. If I could give her more stars, I would. I highly recommend her. Thank you so much for everything. Kindness, professionalism, communication. 10 out of 10. May God bless her for everything she is doing for the Latino community.

She's a really good lawyer; she does her job very well. I gave her my case Monday night, and she had it resolved by Tuesday. Her team also provides excellent service; they're always attentive to the client. You can ask them any questions you have. 100% recommended.
